Today marks the start of my plan to change my habits. For 31 (or more) days I am deleting al social media from my phone, tracking my food and eating clean, and getting 10,000 steps per day. Wish me luck and pray for my children. For me this journey is about so much more than the number on the scale. I want my energy back. I want to not come home from work everyday and do only the bare minimum. I want to be the mom, wife, friend I picture in my mind. Oh and this little thing called diabetes. I will always be on insulin, because I have type 1, but I want to be in a state of health where I don't worry about complications.
